The Studio

Located in Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island, Community Yoga + Wellness offers a respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Featuring the first yoga rope wall in Northeast Florida, we have all the essential ingredients for an intelligent Iyengar Yoga practice, a mindful vinyasa class, or a powerful pilates session. The studio is fully equipped with all the props you will need including mats, so you can come just as you are. Beginner students will learn the practice of yoga in a safe and educational environment. Intermediate students will be challenged to explore new poses, find refinement in their existing practice, and be exposed to the philosophy of yoga. Advanced students will experience the full range of asana practice including backbends and inversions, and expect discussion on philosophy and sacred yoga texts.

Our boutique studio is welcoming and friendly. Always book your class online to make sure there is room and to be notified of any schedule changes. Call the studio before your first class to ensure you are attending the right class for you.

Ample parking is available across the street and in the adjacent parking lot.

Massage is available. Please contact Blue Heron Therapeutics at 904-451-9003 to schedule a massage.
