Beginner Yoga 12-Week Course
Explore the nuts and bolts of the poses.
Create a solid foundation for continued progress. Clear concise instructions, progressive teaching of the poses. A focus on standing poses, forward bends and introducing the beginner inversions to build strength, stamina and balance. $130 for the consecutive 12 weeks (makeup classes available in the 12 weeks).
