Beginner Yoga 12-Week Course

Explore the nuts and bolts of the poses.

Create a solid foundation for continued progress. Clear concise instructions, progressive teaching of the poses. A focus on standing poses, forward bends and introducing the beginner inversions to build strength, stamina and balance. $130 for the consecutive 12 weeks (makeup classes available in the 12 weeks). Homework for home practice. Iyengar Yoga

Iyengar Yoga is for every body. With modifications to the poses using props and detailed instructions from the certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, every student can find the practice of yoga accessible. Common knee, back, neck and shoulder conditions are fine. From the beginner to advanced student, we have a class for you!
