Lisa has been practicing Iyengar Yoga since 2001 and teaching since 2011. With a daily practice and from overcoming her own back issues, Lisa has a firm grasp on the practice of yoga as a healing art. Her primary teacher is Suzie Muchnick of Naples, Florida. She also studies with Jan Campbell of Nashville, TN and Lois Steinberg in Champaign Urbana, Ill. Lisa revels in the accessibility and the intelligence of Iyengar Yoga. All classes use the systematic sequencing of poses to build skill, understanding, and capability from posture to posture, from class to class, and beyond. She can easily help the beginner gain access to the basics of yoga or move even the most advanced yogi toward a more challenging practice. With the use of the appropriate props, any student can practice yoga. Knee, hip, shoulder, back, and knee conditions can be accommodated in her classes with the Iyengar Yoga method and Lisa’s guidance.
A Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT) is held to an unusually rigorous standard. Only after years of training and evaluation are they awarded their certification. Teachers modify the classic asanas (poses) for individual students with the use of props such as blocks, blankets, belts, and chairs.
She is a Certified Yoga Therapist with credentials from IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists).

Davis has been practicing various forms and styles of Tai Chi and Qigong for over twenty years with extensive training in both the United States and China. He enjoys a daily practice of meditation, breath work, and numerous energy arts for health and relaxation.

Olivia's yoga journey began with a fractured foot, benching her from her active life of running and obstacle course racing. She fell in love with the myriad of benefits and now practices daily as a part of her personal health and wellness regime. Olivia has also been engaged in a long-lasting battle with chronic and genetic conditions and attributes yoga, meditation, and a plant-based lifestyle as essential components of her healing and wellness maintenance. Olivia has a background in healthcare, including a Master's Degree in Nursing, a certification in Health and Wellness Coaching, and other post-degree qualifications. She leads several types of yoga classes including Vinyasa, Basic, and Restorative. When she's not teaching yoga, parenting, or obsessing over her cats, you're virtually certain to find her in the kitchen.
Yoga Teacher E-RYT 200
Lynn began seriously practicing yoga almost 20 years ago. She studied mostly in New Jersey, taking Yin and Kripalu Yoga classes from the Lourdes Institute of Wholistic Studies. She received her 200 hour certificate from Lourdes and is currently working on completing her 500 hour registration. She studied primarily with Nita Spielberg, RN. Lynn is a E-RYT with over 1,000 hours of teaching. When her parents became ill, she moved her business and her dog to Florida to care for them. She became a teacher here as well, and has been teaching in North Florida for over 4 years. She attends workshops in Florida to both continue her education and to work towards her next registration. Lynn is an avid gardener, and owns a garden design and maintenance business. When not working, she enjoys exploring the woods with her beloved dog Gypsy.
Yoga Teacher RYT 200, Yin Certified, Christina Phipps Certified
Eliza is the second generation of yoga instructors in her family. In her childhood she underwent more than twenty orthopedic surgeries. It was predicted that she would be arthritic in her early twenties, but the practice of yoga throughout her life has kept her joints strong and flexible. When her love for yoga turned into a desire to teach, Eliza began her certification training. However, she soon had to face another health issue- breast cancer. Once again, yoga helped her navigate her condition and surprise medical experts. Her own clean bill of health ignited a passion to share the benefits of yoga for healing.
All her classes are slow and gentle with modifications available if needed. She focuses on using the breath and deep poses to release stress and tension. She teaches Mindful (gentle stretch), Restorative, and Yin Yoga classes.
